Fitbit or Garmin users:
Connect your third-party tracker account (Fitbit or Garmin) directly to your Calorie Cloud app. To do this you'll need to disable your phone from pushing data & then connect your tracker. Click here (Android/iOS) for directions on how to do that.
Other tracking device users:
You will need to download the Active for Good app and enable your third-party tracker account to push data to your GoogleFit or iOS Health app. You can continue using the Active for Good app (connects directly to your phone's GoogleFit/iOS Health app) as the default tracker by enabling your band's app to push data to your GoogleFit or Health app. See directions on how to do that here (Android/iOS)! Doing this is no different than connecting your activity tracker directly, the data is exactly the same.\
If your tracker does not work with your phone's native health app (GoogleFit or Apple Health), then you will need to manually add your activity into the Active for Good app. See directions on how to do that here (Android/iOS).
